Youth Chorus

After the success of Whistle Down The Wind in 2012, during which we met lots of talented young people from across Sunderland, we ran a series of Youth Chorus workshops in the Spring and Summer of 2013.

Led by our experienced Chorus Master, Simon Fidler, the Youth Chorus sang a range of repertoire, including music theatre, gospel and opera music.

The workshops were open to anyone aged 11 – 17yrs who wanted to have a go at singing, and we welcomed singers of all abilities and experience.

The group performed at our Summer Social event, which reunited participants from our 2012 production Whistle Down The Wind.
